EMPOWER MASTERCLASS

The Empower program is a series of limited, eight weekly 90-minute online masterclasses. for professional women and women in leadership who are ready to advance and accelerate their personal transformation, career development and take down their ‘Dragons’ removing limiting thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

What to expect?

Each masterclass cycle is limited to a group of 20 women on a global level and, these sessions tackle the fear patterns (Dragons) fear of vulnerability (authenticity), feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt and low self-esteem which many accomplished women frequently struggle with even once they’ve achieved high levels of personal and professional status.

The Empower masterclasses take participants through a journey of self-mastery and helps women transform their Dragon behaviours into magical, new empowering patterns to reach their highest and most thrilling potential.

Empower Program Stages

This program comprises two phases: personal and leadership mastery. Initially, participants work on creating shifts within themselves for deep transformation to achieve personal mastery. This creates a framework to help them become the best version of themselves and empowers them to go onto develop others and lead them more effectively.

The program builds a supportive environment and fosters a sense of belonging to help like-minded women grow as individuals and thrive. Once complete, the program offers an opportunity to progress learning and build upon the foundations already put in place.
